American, 19th century. A Federal convex mirror within a round giltwood frame with spaced [applied] spherules, surmounted by an eagle crest; ht. 34.5, wd. 22.25 in.
Condition: Cracks to the frame and losses to the gilding, with eagle crest loose and having cracks.
