Lot of 12 unique tintypes, including the following:

6 cdv-sized tintypes: a studio shot of two young men seated on a bench, face-to-face, one holding a fan in his right hand; a candid, close-up shot of two young women with a blanket draped over their heads, one holding what looks to be a palm that partially masks their faces; a view of two women with an umbrella suspended over their heads, their backs facing the camera, as if they are looking off into the distance; a portrait of a husband and wife, the husband wearing an unidentifiable ribbon on his coat; a portrait of a husband and wife, the husband wearing what looks to be two fraternal ribbons, with a sword in his belt; portrait of a young boy holding a staff or cane in his hand. 

3.75 x 5 in. (approx.) outdoor tintype capturing a man and his son seated atop "Balanced Rock" at Lookout Mountain, TN, housed in a velvet frame with paper backing, 4.75 x 6 in.

5 4 x 6 in. tintypes: group portrait of 10 well-to-do looking men and women, with the camera equipment included in the foreground, although it is blurred; group portrait of 5 well-dressed men and women, housed in paper mat, with one of the women's faces scratched out; outdoor tintype of two women mounted atop horses; two outdoor tintypes, including one of a horse-drawn carriage, and one of a couple posed outside the gates of a large estate, both housed in pink paper folders with the following stamp: From / New York Photograph Studio, At City Gate, St. Augustine, Florida / O.W. Leighton, Manager
