British, ca 1780-1820, with plain polished horn with T cast brass strap rings, concave turned oak plug end attached with iron brads, with bulbous fruitwood threaded stopper, throat with wrought brass cap with steel spring and thumb latch closure, all with fine old patina, total length 12.5".
Condition: Cracks in throat cap with small hole filled with lead, still VG.
