the larger horn measures 13" with images of a three masted ship with fish swimming about. Images of a nautical instrument, trees and homes. Horn's inscription is very faint and appears to read John Peterson His Horn Made in Roxbury, Sept 16, 1775. Smaller horn measures 7.75" and is engraved with a heart, rifle, fish, snake and a bird. Leather hunting pouch's body measures 8" x 7". Hand rendered stitching throughout. Complete with cover flap and shoulder strap.
Condition: Both horns have been cleaned and lack any patination. The shoulder strap is severed from the pouch.
