** 1938 Dated S/42 Code Luger Pistol by Mauser
9mm, 3.9" barrel, S/N 8032g. Blued finish, checkered wood grips. 1938 dated chamber, S/42 marked toggle. All visible serial numbers match. Two indistinct E/# inspections on right of pistol, with a pair of Droop-Winged Eagle marks as well. Includes a single mismatched blued, aluminum base magazine #7177d +. Includes a hardshell holster with a weak maker's mark on the back, dated 1938 with an Eagle/WaA182 inspection. Holster includes a Droop-Winged Eagle marked take down tool.
Condition:
Good. Retains some old thinning blue with a somewhat streaky appearance. Markings remain mostly clear except for a couple of inspection marks. Mechanically functional, very good bore with some frosting. Grips with some light wear. Holster with moderate wear and soft markings on the rear.
