.22LR, 5" barrel, S/N SM9495 (mfg. ca1945). Parkerized finish, checkered Coltwood grips. Right side of frame with {Ordnance Wheel} behind top of grip, UNITED STATES PROPERTY mark and serial number. Right side of slide with COLT SERVICE / MODEL .22 LONG / RIFLE marking. Left side of slide with two-line Colt address over patent information followed by the Rampant Colt logo. Adjustable rear sight, blade front sight. Includes a single blued magazine marked COLT / .22 L.R. / SERVICE MODEL on the bottom of the floor plate.

Condition:
Very good. Retains most of the finish with some expected light wear and thinning. Clear markings, mechanically functional, very good bore, grips with some light marks and minor wear.
