I-V and VII] and Philadelphia [vol. VI]: V.G. Audubon [vol. I-V and VII] or J.J. Audubon [vol. VI], Roe Lockwood & Son, 1860. Royal octavo, full embossed leather with title on front and rear boards (embossed), 5 spine bands, gilt spine lettering and all edges gilt. Includes 500 colored lithographic plates with tissue covers; 10.75 x 7.5 in. Bindings match Quadrupeds (This sale, lot 106).

Condition:With some wear to outside covers and even toning to pages. Ffep detached in vol. V, present with older attempt at cellophane (non-professional) tape repair. Small tear to upper part of ffep in Vol. II.
