.38RF, 4.4375" barrel, S/N 8587. Nickel finish, smooth one-piece varnished walnut grip. Visible numbers match, unnumbered cylinder, ejector rod, loading gate. Two-date, two-line patent marks on frame, one-line New York barrel address. Includes a leather flap hostler with snap closure that is marked ES CO / SEATTLE.

Condition:
Good. Retains much of an old applied nickel refinish, which has left some of the markings soft. Loading gate a well made replacement, mechanically functional, good bore with scattered pitting. Grip good with some varnish, showing scattered dings and mars. Holster good to very good.
