**German Capture Polish Eagle Radom VIS wz35 Pistol with Shoulder Stock Holster

9mm, 4.6" barrel, S/N 38050. Blued finish, checkered hard rubber FB logo grips. Left side of slide marked in two lines: F.B. RADOM / 1939, followed by the {Polish Eagle} and then VIS-wz 35 / pat. Nr 15567. Matching serial numbers on frame, slide, extractor and mainspring housing. Further disassembly was not performed. Barrel lug numbered 058 and marked with German {Eagle} proof and {Eagle}/623 Waffenampt. The German proved and inspected barrel is technically mismatched but this is not uncommon on early captured Polish pistols that were reinspected. No external Waffenampts are present. Type I with slotted backstrap for shoulder stock, takedown lever and decocker. Tiny Polish Eagle inspection forward of decocker lever and small D/2 in an oval on the left front web of the triggerguard. Pistol is accompanied by a very high quality reproduction shoulder stock/holster combination with storage for 2 magazines. The general belief is that no original VIS 35 stocks exist and that if any do, no more than a few survive. The stock was not technically adopted until 1939 and production may well never have began prior to the German invasion on 1 September 1939. As the stock is not contemporary to the production of the pistol and not original, mating it with the pistol creates a Short Barreled Rifle (SBR) under NFA regulations, so the stock is sold only for display purposes and is not to be connected to the pistol. Includes two magazines, one an apparent Polish production magazine and a second  that is {Eagle}/189 inspected on the floor plate and stored in the stock.
