** Inland Division M1 Carbine w/ Scope, Extra Magazines
.30 caliber. 18" barrel length. SN: 6402768. Gas operated semi automatic rifle with removable magazine, low wood, and blade front sight with ear protectors. Parkerized military finish and plain semi pistol grip walnut stock. Features a Type-II barrel band, oval stock cutaway, round top bolt, rotary safety, two rivet handguard, and a push button magazine release. Markings include "U.S. CARBINE/CAL. .30 M1" to front of receiver and "INLAND DIV./{serial number}" to rear of receiver. Stock has a {crossed cannons} Ordnance Department cartouche to right of butt. Barrel is marked "INLAND MFG. DIV./GENERAL MOTORS" behind front sight, and "P" to top of mid-barrel area. Attached is a U.S. military issue M84 2.2x18mm scope on scope mount marked "8247-39-1". Includes an olive drab nylon sling. Also includes khaki drab nylon magazine pouch marked "U.S." to front flap and "J.Q.M.D./1942" to backside, with two extra magazines.
Condition:
Very good. Bore is frosty and rifling is good. Finish has some light scratches to barrel overall. Stock has light scratches overall, and two dents to wood toward front of forearm. Scope is clear but blurry around crosshairs. Sling and pouch are in good condition.
