.30 Carbine, 18" barrel, S/N 5327964. Parkerized finish, second series low-wood paratrooper stock. Top of receiver marked INLAND DIV. over the serial number. Chamber marked U.S. CARBINE / CAL. 30 M1 in two lines. Lightly sanded stock with soft AAS rebuild cartouche on reverse above pistol grip, with soft small {Ordnance Wheel} inspection and IO on bottom of grip and P on face of grip. Folding stock with cast buttplate with B257614 * 4 marking on interior edge with leather cheek rest attached with brass rivets. Four-rivet hand guard marked IO on interior. Barrel marked in three lines: INLAND MFG. DIV. / GENERAL MOTORS / 7-44. Round bolt top, PI marked Type II rear sight, unmarked front sight, {Triangle} marked Type II barrel band, Inland logo marked trigger housing, KI marked hammer. Throat erosion 1.5, muzzle erosion 1.5. Includes a single AI marked 15-round Type I magazine, a Type II WWII OD Green sling and an oiler.

Condition:
Fine as arsenal refurbished. Retains much of the Parkerizing with some light thinning and loss. Markings in metal clear and sharp, softer in wood. Mechanically functional, fine bright bore. Stock lightly sanded with scattered bumps, dings and handling marks.
