Blued metal finish to frame, slide, and accoutrements, with checkered hard rubber grips. Has military date 1940 marked to front of breech, and Mauser 42 code stamped to top of center toggle link. Features two (Eagle/655) proofs and two (German Eagle) marks to right of frame and barrel. Serial number is marked to front of frame, with partial serial numbers marked to top of center toggle link, left of frame, and accoutrements. Plastic knob magazine is marked TXO, P.08, and has an (Eagle/37) proof mark. Includes military style black leather holster marked P.08 jhz/1942 with an (Eagle/WaA668) proof to backside. Holster includes wood knob magazine marked 9071M and Luger takedown tool. All serial numbers match on pistol.

Very good. Bore is bright and rifling is sharp, has some evidence of pitting. Losses to finish on end of muzzle, and to raised surface edges of trigger plate. Gun also has an excess amount of grease residue.
