9mm Parabellum. 4" barrel length. SN: 1202K. Single-action semi-automatic pistol with aluminum knobbed 8-shot magazine, military lanyard ring, stock lug, and fixed v-notch and ramp sights. Blued metal military finish with grooved black Bakelite grips. Features checkering to toggle link, magazine release, takedown lever, and has grooving to safety. Markings include two (Eagle/83) marks next to an early-WWII (German Eagle) marks on right of slide, with another early-WWII (German Eagle) mark to right side of barrel. Center toggle link shows "Mauser S/42" marking, with a "1938" date stamped to front of breech. To left side of frame are Century Arms import marks. Serial number is stamped several times to left of slide, frame, and small part components. Partial serial number to takedown lever does not match those on the rest of pistol, and has been partially obfuscated. Serial number marked to front of frame has been obliterated and marked over with several other numbers and marks. Bottom of aluminum knob magazine is marked (G/+/Eagle/83). Frame is marked "GESICHERT" under safety toggle. According to date stamped chamber, this pistol was manufactured in 1938.
Very good. Bore shows evidence of pitting and rifling is present. Finish is in great condition and only shows minor scratches to trigger plate and right side of barrel. Bakelite grips show some light scratches and bites to right grip.
