Very good. Bore is bright and rifling is sharp. Considered a crude production P.38 made toward the end of WWII, this item has visible machining marks on slide and frame. Some light scratches and losses to finish on raised edges, muzzle, and safety toggle. Right grip appears to have been sanded toward the top of grip.
