.30-06, 24" barrel, S/N 245577. Parkerized finish, walnut stock. Standard four-line Springfield Armory markings on receiver over serial number. Barrel marked SA 2-41. Stock with clear S.A./G.H.S boxed cartouche on reverse followed by large .75" {Ordnance Wheel} cartouche and clear {Circle}-P on the pistol grip. Battle bar rear sight, un-cut operating rod. 2SA marked trigger housing and hammer. Throat erosion 3, muzzle erosion 6. Includes an M.D.C. / HR 1918 marked M1905 leather sling.
Condition:
Very good to fine. Retains most of the Parkerized finish with some thinning and wear. Clear markings in metal and wood. Mechanically functional, very good bore with strong rifling and moderate amounts of scattered oxidation and patches of darkness. Stock very good with some lightly scattered bumps, dings and mars. Sling about good.
