**US M1 Carbine by Inland
.30 Carbine, 18" barrel, S/N 291191. Parkerized finish, oval-cut high-wood stock. Top of receiver marked INLAND DIV over the serial number. Chamber marked U.S. CARBINE / CAL. 30 M1 in two lines. Stock marked IO in sling cut, with clear large {Ordnance Wheel} cartouche on obverse and crisp {Circle-P} on bottom of pistol grip. Two-rivet hand guard marked IO on interior. Barrel marked in three lines: INLAND MFG. DIV. / GENERAL MOTORS / 2-43. Flat bolt top, S marked Type I rear sight, unmarked front sight, unmarked Type I barrel band, INLAND logo marked trigger housing, HI marked hammer. Throat erosion 1, muzzle erosion 1.5. Includes a single IS marked 15-round Type II magazine, a WWII Type II OD Green sling and an oiler.

Fine. Retains most of the finish with some thinning and minor loss with crisp markings throughout. Mechanically functional, fine bore. Stock with some light handling marks.
