.30-06, 24" barrel, S/N 5713347. Parkerized finish, smooth walnut stock. Rear of receiver marked in three lines: U.S. RIFLE / CAL. .30 M1 / H&R ARMS CO over serial number. Barrel marked HRA 6535448 12-55 RS66. Stock with crisp boxed {DOD Eagle & Stars} cartouche and with clear {Circle-P} behind triggerguard. Receiver serial number and barrel date appear to be approximate correct matches for the period of production, with the receiver likely made in early 1956. Throat erosion 1, muzzle erosion 5.5. Includes an OD Green web sling.

Fine. Retains most of the finish with clear markings throughout. Mechanically functional, fine bore. Stock with some light wear and scattered bumps, dings and mars.
