**US Property Marked Hi-Standard Model B Pistol
.22LR, 4.5" barrel, S/N 105162. Blued finish, checkered synthetic HS logo grips. Left side of slide marked HI-STANDARD / MODEL "B", left side of frame with 6-line address, patent and caliber markings. Right side of frame marked in two lines: PROPERTY OF / U.S. over {Ordnance Wheel}. Top of barrel marked PROPERTY OF US in a single line. Includes a single, unmarked 10-round metal magazine. Approximately 14,000 Model B pistols were produced for the US Government circa 1942-1943.

Condition:
Fine. Retains most of the blued finish with minor thinning and wear, showing some freckled surface oxidation as well as some flecks of light surface rust on the face of the bolt and chamber. Magazine with some light surface rust as well. Clear markings, mechanically functional, fine bore. Grips with scattered light handling marks.
