.32-20 WCF. 24" barrel length. SN: 208145. Lever action rifle with tube fed magazine and adjustable buckhorn and fixed blade sights. Blued metal finish to barrel with case hardening to frame and small parts. Oiled walnut stock has a plain straight grip and forearm with iron end cap. Item is without dust cover. Manufactured sometime in 1885.
Condition:
Fair. Bore is dark. Finish has mostly depleted and taken a grey patina overall with pitting. Stock is in great condition, possibly sanded or refinished at some point. Slight gapping to wood-metal fit around upper tang. Strong case hardening to buttplate.
